Vaporesso PodStick Kit Review
The PodStick kit was sent from Vaporesso for the purpose of review. I love the name PodStick, it’s a pod, also a stick, very good combination. The color I got is full black and now I have vaped it for a week. Lets see how it vapes in this review.

Design & Building
The PodStick is a lightweight vape with aluminum & PCTG construction. Overall, the whole kit is pretty compact, you can take it everywhere in your pocket. And the surface finish is great as usual, it feels comfortable and solid in your hands. Power button on the body, and 5 battery level indicators next to the power button. Micro USB charging port is at the right bottom. No big complaints here.
The Battery
The Podstick is not a auto-draw device but activated by power button. The battery is 900mAh, which is big enough for a whole day vaping. There are also 5 LED indicators on the battery, each indicator stands for 20% of battery level. Here are some basic operations:
- 5 clicks the power button – turn it on/off
- 3 clicks the power button – change the output wattage, 3 levels.
There are 2 different pods with different coils in the kit – 0.6ohm mesh coil pod and 1.3ohm CCell coil pod. The output wattage is also differnt for each coil. The LED indicator ring around the power button will tell you the wattage levels:
So what here made me annoying is that when you turn the device off or remove the pod, then when you go to vape again it returns to the default power mode. So if you are using a different mode to this you will have to keep changing the power settings. It will be much better if it is able to remember your last settings.
The contacts between the battery and pod is solid enough, no mess here. You can charge it via the micro USB port at the bottom. It may need 50 minutes to get it fully charged.
The Pods
The pod is able to hold 2ml juice, coil is not replaceable. Same with other Vaporess pods (Zero & Click), the Podstick also applies the press to fill – top filling method. I am a fan of this filling method, but please make sure you are not filling the wrong juice as once filled you cannot push the juice out but vape it. What makes me happy is the PodStick hide the juice hole to avoid dirts. That is a good design. BTW, the mouth piece is another big pro, though it is not replaceable.
How it Vapes?
I have vaped it for 6 days (3 days on mesh pod and 3 days on CCell pod).
- Mesh pod – personally I recommend 20W output (blue indicator), the flavor is top notch, and the vapor is warmer, of course the cloud is pretty impressive.
- CCell pod – 12.5W (green indicator) recommended. I really enjoy the flavor from the CCell coils, absolutely the best.
- As the airflow is not adjustable, I felt it is a bit loose for mesh pod.

- Keeps changing back to default power mode when turned off or pod removed
- Airflow is not adjustable
- Pod is too dark to view the juice level

The Vaporesso PodStick is something I definitely recommend – compact & portable size, no mess, no leak, easy to use, good for both MTL vaping & DL vaping, and not expensive.
