The Mesh V2 RDA by Vandyvape was sent from CigaBuy for the purpose of review. Previously we have reviewed the Kylin Mesh RTA by Vandyvape and the Profile 1.5 RDA by Wotofo, let’s see what can we expect from the new Mesh V2 RDA in this review.

Design & Quality

Overall, the build quality of the Mesh V2 RDA meets my expectation, it is a solid RDA. The package came to me clean and nicely. The building deck is pretty similar to that of Profile or Profile 1.5 RDA. The engraved “M” logo looks very nice. I also love the color and the resin drip tips.

The accessories came with the package are enough to build the RDA, including 4 different mesh strips and cotton. Unfortunately, only one 810 resin drip tip in the package, no spare drip tip. Of course, it came with a squonk pin.

Airflow

Technically, the Mesh V2 is a top airflow RDA, similar to that of the Dead Rabbit RDA. There are 20 small honeycomb holes on each side of the chamber and the airflow is adjusted by turning the ribbed small top piece.

Building & Wicking

Compared to the deck of Kylin M RTA, we can see that the post clamps of Mesh V2 RDA are now both wider and set slightly further apart creating a higher dome so therefore more surface area. And the Mesh V2 came with a very deep juice well making it squonk friendly.

There are 4 different mesh strips came with the box, max power is 70W.

Building and wicking the Mesh V2 RDA is super easy. It’s a RDA, so not much to worry about, just to make sure your cotton fits nicely and snug. Then cut and comb your wicks and drop them down in the channels.

Performance

I have used all 4 mesh strips at the suggested power range. For me, I did not notice there are any big differences between them. for flavor performance and vapor production performance. If we have to give them a performance ranking, here is mine:

1. SS316L M coil
2. Dual M coil
3. Ni80 M coil
4. A1 M coil

Also if we need to pick a winner between Mesh V2 and Profile 1.5 RDA, I will go with the Profile 1.5 RDA, which delivers a better flavor.
